WOMENPRENEUR: A MOMENT OF RECOGNITION FOR L’MANE

L’MANE has always been shaped by women  by the women behind the brand and by the individuality of the women who choose to wear it.

Our participation in Womenpreneur, an initiative celebrating women in leadership and entrepreneurship, therefore held particular meaning for us.

The event took place on Emirati Women’s Day, 28 August, making the occasion an especially meaningful moment to celebrate the achievements and contributions of women across the UAE.

A MEANINGFUL RECOGNITION

At the event, L’MANE was honoured with an award presented by Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Khalifa Al Khalifa.

For us, the recognition represented more than a moment for the brand. It acknowledged a journey built through creativity, persistence and the shared vision of three women building a fashion label from Dubai.

L’MANE has developed through different perspectives coming together  from design and creative development to the decisions required to grow an independent brand.

INDIVIDUALITY AT THE HEART OF L’MANE

We have never wanted to define the woman who wears L’MANE or tell her how she should dress.

Instead, we create pieces with a strong point of view and leave space for her to make them her own.

Original artwork, fluid silhouettes, architectural construction and unexpected details give each design its character, but the final expression belongs to the woman wearing it.

For us, that freedom of interpretation is an important part of individuality.

BUILT BY WOMEN, IN DUBAI

As a Dubai-born brand founded by three women, receiving this recognition on Emirati Women’s Day made the moment particularly significant.

The UAE has provided the environment in which L’MANE has been able to develop its identity, experiment creatively and continue building its presence from the region outward.

Being recognised alongside other women creating and leading businesses was therefore something we were proud to be part of.

CONTINUING THE JOURNEY

Milestones like Womenpreneur give us an opportunity to acknowledge how far L’MANE has come while remaining focused on what we are still building.

Our direction continues to evolve, but the intention remains consistent: to create womenswear with individuality, artistic expression and a distinct point of view.

We are grateful to Womenpreneur for the recognition and for creating a platform that brings women's achievements into focus.

For L’MANE, this award marks one moment in a much larger journey  one we continue to build from Dubai, one idea and one drop at a time.
